Appointment Policy
Our office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience. We have found that preschool and kindergarten-age children are more cooperative, alert and refreshed during the morning hours. Our doctors prefer, if your child is in this age group, that their appointments be scheduled early in the morning.Since appointed times are reserved exclusively for each patient, we ask that you please notify our office 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep your commitment. Another patient who needs our care could be scheduled if we have sufficient time to notify them. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we do ask for your assistance in this regard.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your child’s six-month checkup appointment, our ability to give your child excellent service is compromised. We will reappoint your child if it is not possible to give them the care they deserve in the resulting reduced amount of time.
