Insurance Information
We are unrestricted providers, meaning as long as you can choose any doctor on your plan to care for your child, we can see your child in our office!At appointments for cleanings and checkups, we customarily file your insurance first, and then bill you for any amount not paid by your plan. At appointments for restorative work (e.g. fillings, crowns, sealants, extractions) you will be asked to pay the balance not covered by your insurance at the time of service. If you do not have dental insurance, full payment is due at the time of service.
