Payment Information
We request payment for all services performed at the time of service. We glady accept cash, personal check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, and most insurance plans. Please make prior payment arrangements with our administrators if someone other than a parent or guardian brings your child in for an appointment.
